At Culture, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you have the right to return your item in accordance with consumer protection laws applicable in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period and return the item within 14 days after notifying us.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team with your order number.

Follow the return instructions provided.

Ship the item back to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
