Some products offered by Culture may be available for pre-order. This means the item is not currently in stock but can be reserved in advance before it becomes available.
What is a Pre-Order
A pre-order allows customers to secure an item before it officially ships or becomes available in our warehouse.
The estimated shipping date for pre-order items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This allows us to reserve your item and allocate stock accordingly.
Shipping Timeline
Pre-order items will be shipped once they become available. Estimated shipping times are provided as guidelines and may be subject to change due to production or logistics factors.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together when the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise specified.
Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated shipping dates, delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturing or supply chain circumstances. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified by email.
Cancellation
Pre-orders may be canceled before the item has been shipped by contacting our customer support team.
Once the item has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
Returns
Pre-order items are eligible for returns in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
